Karissa Shannon is one half of the Shannon twins who made their presence known when they began dating Hugh Hefner. The twins were also featured in Playboy's double summer issue as the July and August playmates.

It appears the twins spend less time with one another now that they're no longer dating Hef and living in his mansion.
