Our in-house designer created a special relationship using the homeowners to ensure we understood their requirements and desires completely.
Balancing every aspect from the project, we were able to design a spectacular kitchen that addressed challenges with creative solutions, continued Weisman. By successfully completing the design phase, were now getting excited about delivering a finished project that exceeds our customers expectations in each and every way.
The kitchens design goals were to create very clean lines with a contemporary feel. Simultaneously, the new design required to convey a certain character and welcoming atmosphere for guests. The homeowners want the new kitchen to still function as a congregation and entertaining area.
Due to the quantity of appliances included, the project presented certain spacing challenges. The design had to accommodate multiple dishwashers, refrigerators, freezers, professional gas range tops, double ovens and microwaves, all in stainless finishes.
For instance, the kitchen contains a wine chiller with a special dishwasher only for wine glasses. In addition, a unique beverage refrigerator is going to be installed in the pantry with a finish to complement the cabinetry. The look allows the refrigerator to blend with cabinets and never get noticed.
A butlers pantry remodel is also one of them project. This term probably originated in Europe when butlers were commonly employed in mansions. Today, a butlers pantry is actually a large utility room connected to the kitchen that may or might not accommodate a butler.
With this kitchen remodeling project, the butlers pantry will have a sink, dishwasher along with a seven-foot refrigerator. It'll include work place together with extensive cabinetry and countertops. Republic West Remodeling designed all elements to resemble furniture, including an ergonomically-correct desk.
Originally, the house was built with lower-end cherry cabinetry in the kitchen area. However, the cabinets have become worn and discolored. Republic West Remodeling will install new cabinets inside a brownish finish. Additionally, exotic countertops made up of many different materials is going to be used. The kitchen will accommodate two islands topped with a black walnut finish.
