Roughly layer the lamb chops using the potatoes.
Poke the garlic cloves between your lamb and potatoes.
Sprinkle with fresh or dried rosemary and oregano, salt and pepper.
Pour wine and water down either side so you don t wash off of the seasoning.
Scatter chopped tomatoes or tomato puree over lamb and potatoes.
Finish using a number of grated pecorino cheese sprinkled over.
Scatter with breadcrumbs to take in any excess liquid.

Cover baking dish with foil and bake for around an hour or so at 200 Celcius. Remove foil for the remainder of the cooking and bake until things are tender, probably another hour.

And that s about as easy as it gets.
