The music video directed by Declan Whitebloom was published on 24 July 2012 on Owl City's official Vevo. On the same day, Adam Young tweeted when thinking about the video saying, "It's always a #goodtime going camping with @CarlyRaeJepsen" with a link to film on Youtube. The playback quality features both Jepsen and Young. It commences with Jepsen waiting by her car previous to an apartment when her friends then end up and join her, they then drive from the haze most recent York City. The way they drive away, the playback quality alternates between shots of Jepsen and Young using own group since they drive down a forest road. They eventually get together at a small cabin-like building you have to drinking slushies. As Jepsen's verse starts, the woman is shown walking inside the forest for shots within the rest of the group walking and creating any campground. Whenever the hook and chorus begin, Young is observed by a lake, good time owl city carly rae jepsen in addition to shots of Jepsen also, the rest of the group. Then because the day turns darker, they start dancing around a bonfire. All around the rest of the song, the audience dances and parties after dark.
