Acquired this model ac at a local store. They matched Amazon price tag, got it on the spot (often inquire!) This is a good searching properly constructed unit. I now have 4 window ac's, tnis is by significantly the very best quality. I have it in a small place abt 12x11, it cools very speedily, but by far ideal of all it is much quieter than equivalent models. It is a little bit pricier than other people in its BTU class, but value the added income.
