Self Help Group Addresses
Following are self help group addresses I found while doing research for my group. An article directory isn't the best place for it since it isn't an article, but I thought it might be helpful enough to people that they would list it anyway. I am a member of SMART and go to AA, but AA and or SMART isn't for everyone. If you need help don't stop trying just because the first group you go to isn't right for you. Keep looking until you find one better suited to your personality and demeanor. I have tried to make the information as complete and up to date as possible.
