2. It is great you can eat between meals

Remember your parents stating that you must not eat between meals as it will ruin your appetite? Well, there were right! It is a good plan to ruin your appetite when you eat between meals because you will feel less temptation to over get your meals at meal times.

The secret, though, is to consume the best type of snacks. Avoid chocolate bars, crisps, as well as those "healthy" cereal bars. You will find too many calories, fat and sugar inside them.
