As people consider buying a PC, many want their Tablet PC to do specific things well. Some individuals want to play video games, others want to do digital photography, while others simply watch films online or simply go on the Internet. A terrific PC thats fits the needs of your typical new user is the Lenovo A1. This PC comes with a good sized hard drive and plenty of RAM but it doesn't have a powerful graphics card instead it is shared with the processor. This PC is meant for the price conscious beginner and not those looking for a powerful gaming machine. The purpose of this PC is to be a great all-around Tablet PC for a terrific price instead of a power Tablet PC for the advanced gamer.

The Lenovo A1 is only $600 but comes with AMDs 2.9GHz Phenom ll 840T quad-core processor, 6GB of RAM and a 1TB hard drive. Also, it has an ATI Radeon HD 4200 integrated graphics chip plus standard PC features like a DVD burner and 802.11n wireless card. tablet pc bluetooth

The tower is a stunning black chassis with a glossy front panel, something you wouldnt find on a budget PC. In addition, the PC has an open bay for you to add a Blu-Ray burner or another hard drive. The PC is about seven inches wide and features the power button at the top of the case. Of course, the PC includes your basic keyboard and mouse. A lot of newer PCs nowadays come packed with all kinds of extra software, but the Lenovo A1 comes with surprisingly little. It comes with a few software demos and the excellent HP MediaSmart video and music playback suite. tablet pc computer

This PC also features a 15-in-1 card reader as well as a number of input ports. The PC also includes microphone and headphone jacks and two USB 2.0 ports in the front. As it is a budget PC, it doesn't come with other ports like Firewire or USB 3.0. In the rear of the Tablet PC, it has DVI and VGA ports, a digital audio (S/PDIF) port and four USB 2.0 ports. Furthermore, the PC has 7.1 surround sound support. When it comes to expansion, however, the Lenovo A1 leaves a lot to be desired. Like other budget Tablet PCs, the wires inside look to be a jumbled mess, with wires bundled in the center of the PC. Theres not a lot you can do if you want to load it up with better PC cards. However, you can install a better graphics card if you want.

As a gaming PC, the HP Pavilion p6720f is not the right option or even a PC to even consider. The ATI integrated graphics chip was not designed to handle the graphics involved in numerous high end PC games. More casual PC games are more suited to these low-end machines. If you need a PC for high end games, then something like the Micro Express MicroFlex 25B is suitable for that but it will cost you a few hundred dollars more. Irrespective of its limitatons in graphics, the Pavilion p6720f is a fantastic deal, with a good processor, huge hard drive and lots of RAM for a low price. For what I required and the budget I had, the Lenovo A1 was the perfect machined for me. This Tablet PC from HP was fast, user-friendly and low-cost.
