As people consider buying a PC, many want their Tablet PC to do specific things well. Some individuals want to play video games, others want to do digital photography, while others simply watch movies online or simply go on the Internet. A great PC thats fits the needs of your average new user is the Lenovo A1. This PC comes with a good sized hard drive and plenty of RAM but it doesn't have a powerful graphics card instead it is shared with the processor. This PC is meant for the price conscious beginner and not those looking for a powerful gaming machine. The purpose of this PC is to be a good all-around Tablet PC for a great price instead of a power Tablet PC for the advanced gamer.

This HP Tablet PC is just $600 but comes with AMDs 2.9GHz Phenom ll 840T quad-core CPU, 6GB of RAM and a 1TB hard drive. In addition, the Lenovo A1 features an ATI Radeon HD 4200 integrated graphics chip as well as standard PC features like a DVD burner and 802.11n wireless card. 3

The PC tower is an impressive black chassis featuring a glossy front panel, something you wouldnt find on a budget Tablet PC. Furthermore, the Lenovo A1 features an open bay for you to add a Blu-Ray burner or another hard drive. The Lenovo A1 is more or less seven inches wide and has the power button at the top of the case. Naturally, the Lenovo A1 comes with your standard keyboard and mouse. A lot of newer PCs nowadays come packed with all kinds of extra software, but the Lenovo A1 comes with surprisingly little. This PC also has a 15-in-1 card reader as well as a number of input ports. The Lenovo A1 also has microphone and headphone jacks and two USB 2.0 ports in the front. As the Lenovo A1 is a budget PC, it doesn't come with other ports like Firewire or USB 3.0. In the rear of the Tablet PC, it has DVI and VGA ports, a digital audio (S/PDIF) port and four USB 2.0 ports. Furthermore, the Lenovo A1 features 7.1 surround sound support. When it comes to expansion, however, the Lenovo A1 leaves a lot to be desired. Like other budget Tablet PCs, the wires inside look to be a jumbled mess, with wires bundled in the center of the PC. Theres not a great deal you can do if you wish to load it up with faster PC cards. Still, you can put in a a more advanced graphics card if you wish.

As a gaming Tablet PC, the HP Pavilion p6720f is not the most suitable machine or even a PC to even consider. The ATI integrated graphics chip was not created to deal with the graphics involved in a lot of high end Tablet PC games. More casual Tablet PC games are more suitable to these inexpensive Tablet PCs. If you need a machine for high end games, then something like the Micro Express MicroFlex 25B is good for that but it will cost you a couple of hundred dollars more. No Matter its graphics limitation, the Pavilion p6720f is a good deal, with a good processor, generous hard drive and lots of RAM for a low price. For what I was looking for and the budget I had, this HP Tablet PC was the perfect machined for me. This Tablet PC from HP was fast, user-friendly and low-cost.
