They say that worry is only a state of mind. Wonderful, but how do you stop your fear when you are "shivering in your shoes" at the believed of something that frightens you....

Are you a person with fears? Hey you are not alone! Everyone is frightened of some thing. Some fears are very good for you they stop you performing bad or harmful issues. But other fears are negative for you they cease you performing issues you would truly like to do, or stop you getting the person you would genuinely like to be.

They say that worry is only a state of thoughts. Great, but how do you quit your worry when you are "shivering in your shoes" at the thought of a thing that frightens you.
