Most of the money that you get from this is from referrals: if you get someone to sign up under you, you will get a portion of what they make. You'd need a lot of referrals to make good money, and a lot of PTC sites tend to scam out and not pay. Free money however.
Then you have PTS which is paid-to-signup. These are also called GPT which is get-paid-to. You earn money at home by signing up for offers. These can be free offers or paid. For instance, you could get paid $.50 cents to sign up for someone's e-mail list. The paid GPT's work the same way except it costs money, however you end up getting more money in return. You would get paid $15 to sign up for blockbuster for a 2 week trial. That trial costs you $5 dollars, however you'll get $10 in return.
I did GPT for a long time and they work out pretty well, even with referrals.
But there is a way to get paid a lot for more doing GPT sign ups like that. You can get paid $30 to $50 for doing the exact same thing!
