Karissa Shannon is one 1 / 2 of the Shannon twins who made their presence known once they began dating Hugh Hefner. The twins were also featured in Playboy's double summer issue because the July and August playmates.
It appears the twins spend less time with each other since they're no more dating Hef and residing in his mansion. Karissa says she's currently dating 'Smallville' actor Sam Jones III who's allegedly also featured inside a sex tape which can be published soon.It has been rumored that she includes a sex tape with Heidi Montag.
We're due for an additional reality star sex tape and it sounds like Shannon may be our next candidate!
